Musafir.com will provide free rides to Sachin's fan to Wankhede Stadium

There is no dearth of ideas among the fans of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar to give tribute to the little master. Recently we say several new innovative ideas associated with number 199 in Kolkata, here again in Mumbai we are seeing such innovative ways to pay tribute to Sachin. In Kolkata, a Sachin fan even travelled as long as 199 kilometres in reverse gear!

Now its time for the Mumbaikar, ahead of Sachin’s last test match coming up in Mumbai from November 14. 

A travel website named Musafir.com that has been endorsed by Sachin Tendulkar, has announced to provide free rides to cricket fans from selected pick up points to the Wankhede Stadium to watch the master plays his last match. The website says that it has hired as many as 200 taxis from fleet operator TABcabs that will ply from November 14-18. 

Fans will have to show their match tickets to avail this service. The cabs will pick them up from 7.00 am onwards and drop them back from 5.00 pm. 

The designated points are Shivaji Park, Borivli National Park Crossing, Goregaon Oberoi Mall, Andheri flyover, Bandra Kala Nagar Junction, Ghodbunder Road and Majiwada, Thane, Mulund Check Naka and Suman Nagar. Transport is also available from Shivaji Park, Vashi Station, R K Studios, Chembur and Powai.
